The Charity for Civil Servants uses the personal information supplied by you for all purposes associated with establishing and managing our relationship with you as a valued volunteer. Some of your information may also be used for accounting, audit, statistical or research purposes.

The information provided will not be shared with third parties unless they are working directly on our behalf or we are required to do so by law.

If you are an employee of a Civil Service Department or Associated Organisation, we may also share your information with your employer so that your employer may be made aware of your volunteering activities and/or so that we may send you information in connection with The Charity for Civil Servants via your employer.

We will also use your information to keep you up to date with volunteering news and information on the Charity that we feel are appropriate to you. Please let us know if you do not wish for us to contact you via:
