Wellbeing and Mental Health

Mental health is about how you feel, think and behave. It is about how you cope with the ups and downs of life, how you view yourself and your future, how confident you are and how you handle stress.

Are you struggling to cope? Feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, or dealing with a mental health condition? Miserable or tired all the time and want things to change?

We are here to help. Our advisors are trained to listen and help you to work out what's making you struggle and find out where to go for support. They can talk to you about practical help available, from us and from other organisations.
