We're firmly behind the concept of exercising for better mental health and the annual challenge is now an established event in our wellbeing campaign.
Every year thousands of civil servants accept our challenge to walk 10,000 steps a day for 50 days and many people report that lower stress levels are one of the most significant outcomes of taking part.
