This year, we're excited to bring you The Walking Challenge on a brand new platform provided by Everyday Hero.
Integrate your Strava, Mapmyfitness or fitbit, log your steps on your own page and share your achievements with friends, colleagues and family. Or just use a good old-fashioned pedometer, optional when registering.
The Challenge to increase your step-count and walk 4.5 miles (10,000 steps) a day runs between 8 May and 26 June, and is the perfect way to lose those winter pounds and #WalkToWellbeing.
Registrations are now open, for a fee of £10 including an optional pedometer.
