Be Mindful Online Course

Mindfulness is a practice that can help you manage your wellbeing and mental health. There is evidence to support the practice of Mindfulness in reducing the symptoms and impact of stress.

Be Mindful is a four week online mindfulness training programme. The course was developed to cover all the elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is run by Wellmind Media in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation.

We have a limited number of free places available. In order to achieve the best results, it’s important to ensure you can commit to the entire four week course before signing up. Why not try the three-minute mindfulness exercise below to get a feel for it?

Once you’re sure that Mindfulness is for you, you can submit your application for a free place worth £30 below.

To allocate one of these limited places we need a certain amount of information to set up and process your place.

Your place on the course is confirmed once you have validated your email with us and have received the log in information for the course. We will contact you with these details and more information about the course. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your application for the course.
