Financial Assistance

Everything you need to know about applying to us for financial assistance. 

Applications are currently taking at least eight weeks to be allocated to a caseworker.

If you have already applied, you can check the status of your application by logging-in to your portal account.

Help to get back on your feet

If you’re a current, former or retired civil servant or a dependant of one, and you’re facing unexpected costs you can’t cover, we may be able to help.

Please note that we are not a crisis service as applications take time to process and action.
