Applying for help through our portal

What you need to know about the application process.

How to apply for help 

We receive high volumes of applications. We screen all applications for urgency, and may well be in touch shortly for some more information, but please note that it can take up to four weeks for an application to be allocated to a caseworker.

To check the status of your application, please log into your portal account.
